| The Consortium for Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese has promoted, together with the Animal Production Research Centre (CRPA), a three-year project on the Information System of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese production chain. The purpose is that of creating and offering market and strategic information to those who are interested in it. The project foresees the establishment of a Management Committee having the task of assessing the data collected before disclosing it. The CRPA has the task of managing the project and a specific website has been developed to provide information in this respect. |
