THE CONSORTIUM OF PARMIGIANO-REGGIANO CHEESE: THE REFORM OF REGULATION (EEC) N° 2081/92 CONFIRMS THE PGIs AND PDOs SISTEM

21 March 2006 - The Consorzio expresses its satisfaction for the EC Regulation on the protection of geographical indications (PGIs) and designations of origin (PDOs) for agricultural products and foodstuffs replacing Regulation (EEC) n°2081/92 an on agricultural products and foodstuffs as traditional specialities guaranteed (TSG) replacing Regulation (EEC) n°2082/92.
