Products of excellence come together: Parmigiano Reggiano and Champagne together in Paris

On Tuesday, 26 September in Paris, Champagnes de Vignerons organizes an aperitivo dedicated to the press, offering the outstanding combination of champagne and Parmigiano Reggiano

Reggio Emilia, 22 September 2017 - On Tuesday, 26 September, the "Champagnes de Vignerons" association organizes an aperitivo for over 100 journalists, who will be able to taste several labels paired with different maturation stages of Parmigiano Reggiano (18, 24 and 30 months).

Each pairing will be introduced by a brief sensorial analysis that will explain how the King of cheeses changes through the maturation process, the fragrances that can be identified, the differences in colour and structure, and how these characteristics combine with the wines being offered.

The event will be supported by Alessandra Pierini, owner of RAP, an Italian delicatessen shop in Paris that selects only products of the very best quality to distribute on the French market.
