Cibus 2012: media, web and taste!!

Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium’s activities during Cibus 2012 (Hall 2, Stand B014)

3rd May 2012 – Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium will be present at Cibus 2012, taking place in Parma from 7th to 10th May 2012.

Monday, 7th May at 1 pm:Put your hands in Parmigiano Reggiano” -  gastronomic event during which three famous chefs (Aurora Mazzuchelli, Lorenzo Cogo and Stefano Pinciaroli) will show how to prepare Parmesan-based finger food.

Thursday, 8th May at 12 am: conducted tasting of three different ageing references of Parmigiano Reggiano aimed at a selected group of journalists.  At 1 pm presentation of the prize Fiat 500 Launge to the winner of the Facebook  contest  “I love Parmigiano Reggiano”.

Wednesday, 9th May at 12 am: presentation of the new website Parmesan. com,  designed to catch the interest of Internet users and introduce them to the real PDO Parmigiano Reggiano.

Tuesday, 10th May at 12 am launch of the new food magazine “Assaggiami”, focused on products and on the relevant and common activities of the different Consortiums promoting products linked to the terroir.
