Parmigiano Reggiano flies to the United Kingdom to present its brand new recipe book in English

At Westminster Kingsway College, on 18 November, an evening of fine cuisine and an occasion to meet and swap opinions over the presentation of the new “Parmigiano Reggiano Recipe Book”

London, 22 November 2013 – A venture into Anglo Saxon territory for the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium which, on Monday 18 November, presented to over 50 food and drink sector operators its new “Parmigiano Reggiano Recipe Book”.

The book is the outcome of intense teamwork by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, students from the prestigious Westminster Kingsway College who processed and prepared recipes based on Parmigiano Reggiano, the famous photographer Steve Lee who immortalised the dishes, and The Dialogue Agency which coordinated the work in situ.

Tortellini, scallops and lamb were just some of the fifteen dishes that those present were able to taste during the evening and then try to re-make at home with the aid of the recipe book which has been highly acclaimed by various experts. To allow all lovers of the King of Cheeses to undertake the preparation of these fascinating proposals, the recipes will also be published periodically in Italian on the Consortium's Facebook page starting next January.
