In London, journalists dine with Parmigiano Reggiano

On Monday 14 May, Parmigiano Reggiano met 30 London journalists at a dinner prepared by Chef Sebastian Merry at the Magpie restaurant

Tuesday 15 May, 2018 – 30 journalists from the most prominent London newspapers took a journey through the world and taste of Parmigiano Reggiano on Monday, May 14, at an evening dedicated to our cheese and hosted by the Magpie restaurant in London.

After a tasting of three different maturation stages of the cheese, and a presentation about the production and characteristics of Parmigiano Reggiano, the guests had the opportunity of finding out about the extreme versatility of this product first: from appetizers to dessert, Chef Sebastian Merry prepared a menu designed to highlight Parmigiano Reggiano in a six-course dinner.
