In New York city, journalists will dine with Parmigiano Reggiano

On Wednesday, 6 June, Parmigiano Reggiano will meet with 30 top tier journalists at a dinner prepared by Chef Michael White at Osteria Morini

Reggio Emilia, 4 June 2018 – 30 journalists from the most prominent food, lifestyle and travel publications will embark on a journey and a tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano. On the evening of June 6, guests will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the region of Emilia Romagna the minute they walk through the doors of Osteria Morini restaurant in New York City

The evening will commence with a guided tasting of three different maturation stages of Parmigiano Reggiano (18-24-36 months), and a presentation about the characteristics of the cheese and of each maturation. Following the tasting, guests will be able to explore the versatility of Parmigiano Reggiano through a 4-course dinner prepared by a renowned Chef Michael White. Highlights on the menu include: Parmigiano Reggiano sformato with frico, tortellini in brodo, cacio e pepe, pasta Bolognese with Parmigiano Reggiano shaved tableside and a sweet chilled Parmigiano Reggiano gelato with aged balsamico.
