New event in London for the Assi nella Manica project

The events to promote Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO continue in restaurants and delicatessen shops in London

Reggio Emilia, 4 September 2017 – On Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 September, the second event of the "Assi nella Manica" project will be held in London, with a calendar of events and tastings dedicated to two great PDO products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The event will begin on Wednesday 6 at the Briciole delicatessen, where there will the opportunity to meet quality-conscious consumers and explain to them the distinctive features of the two products, which visitors will be able to taste on their own and in the finger food recipes offered by Chef Gian Paolo Raschi from the Restaurant Guido in Rimini.

On the next day, which will be reserved for the press and operators, a lunch prepared by two Chefs will be held at the Sager and Wilde Restaurant; the guest chef and ambassador for our products, Gian Paolo Raschi, will work together with the London restaurant's Chef, Chris Leach.

The two days will be an opportunity for the Consortia to extend knowledge about their products by providing theoretical information and offering a guided tasting of different maturation stages in order to convey an appreciation of the changes brought about by the ageing process.
