The dairies producing Parmigiano Reggiano are waiting to take you on a journey during which you will see cheese masters at work repeating their ancient traditions to process the milk: a very special way to experience the production culture of the area and discover how a true gastronomic gem is made.

Guided tours are available throughout the year, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The visit starts at 8.00am and takes about 2 hours.

During this time you will see all stages of the production process. At the end of the visit you can buy the cheese in the dairy shop.
The guided visits are free and available in Italian and other languages by agreement in advance.
