3.5 oz/100g grated Parmigiano Reggiano
8.8 oz/200g Kale
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Pepper to taste
Prepare this recipe with
12-18 months maturation
Preparation
Chop the kale and mix with breadcrumbs and Parmigiano Reggiano. Make small heaps on a baking tin and bake in the oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
