The visits take place in the morning where you can watch the entire Parmigiano Reggiano production process from the first stages of milk transformation (only with the first time) or the extraction of the wheels produced that morning (second time).
You will then continue, with a visit to the salting room and, finally, the amazing maturing warehouse with thousands of wheels.The explanation will be given by our internal staff.
At the end of the visit, you will be offered a classic tasting of 3 ages of Parmigiano accompanied by balsamic vinegar, local Malvasia wine, water and breadsticks. Please communicate any food allergies or intolerances before making the reservation.

Our restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:30 and you can decide, after the visit, to stop for lunch to savor the typical Parmesan cuisine with dishes entirely of our production. A la carte menu.
While waiting for the visit to begin, you can sit and request an "alternative" breakfast with the dairy products such as: yogurt, homemade cakes, sandwiches, coffee or cappuccino.
