            The shop is open from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

            Guided tours of the dairy and the aging wherehouse are available from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

            At the end of each tour, there will be guided tastings and the opening of a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano
