            Guided tours of the dairy and warehouse, including a tasting at the end, at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM

            Cheese wheel unveiling at 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM

            Tours also available in English at 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM

            Other activities: Parmigiano-Reggiano cooking in the wood-fired cauldron at 10:30 AM
