Procedura di selezione dell’organismo di esecuzione del Programma di informazione e promozione dei prodotti agricoli sui mercati terzi Regolamento UE n. 1144/2014

In data 01.03.2024 è stato trasmesso all’ufficio dell’Unione Europea il Bando di gara per la selezione mediante procedura competitiva aperta di un Organismo di esecuzione incaricato della realizzazione delle azioni (attività/iniziative) rivolte al raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti nell’ambito del Programma da presentare a valere sul Reg. UE 1144/2014_Call 2024 del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio - Paese target GIAPPONE.

ERRATA CORRIGE: in merito al capitolato tecnico pubblicato in data 01.03.2024 DAL CONSORZIO DEL FORMAGGIO PARMIGIANO REGGIANO, si specifica che in riferimento al capitolato in lingua italiano:

• l’Art.8.1 “Modalità di presentazione delle proposte e scadenza. Busta B – Offerta tecnica redatta in lingua italiano” è stato sostituito con “Busta B – Offerta tecnica redatta in lingua italiano o inglese” in conformità con l’Art 9.2 Modalità di predisposizione dell’offerta tecnica – BUSTA B”.

Inoltre, in merito al capitolato in lingua inglese, si specifica che:

• l’Art. 8.1 “Proposal submission modalities and deadline “Envelope A - administrative documents drafted in English, which must contain…” è stato sostituito con “Envelope A - administrative documents, which must contain..” in conformità con l’Art 8.1 del capitolato in lingua italiano;

In merito al bando di gara per la selezione, mediante procedura competitiva aperta, di un Organismo di esecuzione incaricato della realizzazione delle azioni (attività/iniziative) rivolte al raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti nell'ambito del Programma presentato a valere sul Regolamento UE n. 1144/2014 – Invito a presentare proposte 2024, dal Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano, si informano tutti gli interessati che le procedure di selezione sono state svolte nelle date dal 27 marzo all’8 aprile e che l’operatore Yamano & Associates Co. Ltd è risultato essere il soggetto aggiudicatario.

Selection procedure of the implementing body for the Program of information and promotion of agricultural products in third markets - EU Regulation No. 1144/2014

On 03.01.2024 it was submitted to the Publications Office of the European Union a call for tenders for the selection, an open competitive procedure, of an implementing body in change for carrying out the actions (activities/initiatives) having the following characteristics under EU Reg. 1144/2014_Call 2024 of the European Parliament and of the Council - Target country JAPAN

Activities that will be carried out:

• WP 2 Public Relations
• WP 3 website and social media
• WP 4 Advertising
• WP 5 Communication tools
• WP6 Events

ERRATA CORRIGE: with reference to the technical procedure published on March 1st, 2024 by CONSORZIO DEL FORMAGGIO PARMIGIANO REGGIANO, it is specified that in reference to the Technical Procedure in Italian:

• to Art. 8.1 “Proposal submission modalities and deadline Envelope B – technical offer drafted in English” has been replaced with “Envelop B- technical offer drafted in Italian or English” in accordance with Art. 9.2 “Procedure for preparing the technical offer – ENVELOPE B”

Furthermore, regarding the technical procedure in English, it is specified that:

Implementing Body selection procedure award notification of the information and promotion program for agricultural products in third market: JAPAN - EU Regulation no. 1144/2014

Concerning to the call for tenders selection, through an open competitive procedure, of an Implementing Body in charge of carrying out the actions (activities / initiatives) aimed at achieving the objectives set out in the Program presented under EU Regulation no. 1144/2014 - Call for proposals 2024, by the Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano, all interested parties are aware that the selection procedures were carried out on the dates 27 March 08 April 2024 and that the operator Yamano & Associates Co. Ltd was found to be the successful bidder.
