            Press dinner in London

            Reggio Emilia, 12th March - On the evening of Thursday, 21st March, Parmigiano Reggiano will host a press event in London for UK food and lifestyle journalists to teach them about the unique characteristics of “The King of Cheeses”. The event will take place at TT Liquor, a multi-faceted establishment in Shoreditch offering cocktail making classes, tasting experiences and an intimate cocktail bar.

            During the evening, guests will enjoy a tasting of 18-month, 24-month and 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by a cocktail pairing experience. Led by the direction of the talented mixologists at TT Liquor, guests will make the first cocktail of the evening featuring 18-month Parmigiano Reggiano. The cocktail will be paired with a special dish also featuring 18-month Parmesan, prepared by Chef Luke Vandore-Mackay. The first pairing will be followed by a cocktail and dish featuring 24-month Parmesan and a final cocktail and dish featuring 36-month Parmesan.
