On the 28th of August, Norwegian journalists and influencers will meet at Cargo restaurant in Oslo, the capital of Norway. Cargo is a new Italian restaurant located on Sørenga, in the "new part" of Oslo. The restaurant has a lovely view of the Oslo Opera House and the location on the waterfront.
Cargo is a full-fledged Italian restaurant focusing on tasty and varied food, casual atmosphere and authentic cuisine. Their goal is to offer Italian food at its finest. They have been fortunate to obtain an exceptional team of Italian chefs with extensive experience in both traditional Italian eateries and starred restaurants in London.
During the event, guests will enjoy a tasting of 12-month, 24-month and 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by a dinning and wine pairing experience. The chef Mohammed Q Habib, also known as “Mario” has lived many years north in Italy and will serve a 5-course meal to show the versatility of Parmigiano Reggiano.
The Norwegian publications Hjemmet, Dagbladet and Norsk Ukeblad among others will attend the event for a total of more than 25 journalists.
The press lunch is part of a public relations project that the Consortium carries out in ten countries around the world: in addition to Norway, France, USA, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Sweden and Japan.
