            On Wednesday, 10th July, Parmigiano Reggiano will host a press event in Toronto for Canadian food and lifestyle journalists

            On Wednesday, 10th July, Parmigiano Reggiano will host a press event in Toronto for Canadian food and lifestyle journalists and social media influencers. The event will take place at Après Wine Bar, a newly opened restaurant in Toronto’s west end which was recently named one of ‘Toronto’s Best New Restaurants 2019’.  Chef-owner Jeff Kang and his team have created a menu centered around food that is made to be eaten with wine. The style of Après is approachable, using smaller plates that are meant to be shared and the restaurant’s number one rule is that it has to taste good.

            During the evening, guests will enjoy a tasting of 12-month, 24-month and 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by a dinning and wine pairing experience. With this lunch we will inform the Canadian media of the extraordinary versatility, the fabulous taste and the unique characteristics of “The King of Cheeses”.
