Reggio Emilia, 20th September 2007 - Parmigiano-Reggiano will be present at Cheese 2007, the exhibition dedicated to cheese organised by Slow Food that will take place from 21st to 24th September along the streets and squares of Bra, in the province of Cuneo. The Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Consortium will be present in the exhibiting area of the Emilia-Romagna region for guided tastings, theatre performances and meetings with schools. On Monday, 24th September, at 11:30, a 14 year-old wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano made by the CVPARR dairy in Coviolo (Reggio Emilia) will be put up for auction; this wheel was entirely made from the milk of Reggiana Red Cows.
