A date at Winter Fancy Food for all lovers of the King of Cheeses

The Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium to open 2014 at San Francisco's Winter Fancy Food from 19 to 21 January

Reggio Emilia, 7 January 2013 – The new year will be opening with a trip overseas for Parmigiano Reggiano, which will be taking part in the Winter Fancy Food Show to be held from 19 to 21 January at San Francisco's Moscone Center.

In the company of other major protection consortia, Parmigiano Reggiano will be there to spread correct information on the product's background, to develop existing contacts and to create new ones in order to expand its commercial opportunities around the world and increase the already important numbers in the USA which amount to 19% of our product's exports.
