Parmigiano Reggiano alongside hotel institutes worldwide

The Consortium will be a contributor and main sponsor of the international competition dedicated to Hotel Institutes that will take place in Cervia from 5 to 10 October

Reggio Emilia, 6 October 2015 – Service, hospitality, cuisine and wine tasting are just some of the areas on which more than 100 Hotel Institutes  from all over the world will compete at the event organised by AEHT (European Association of Hotel and Tourism Schools) in Cervia, from 5 to 10 October.

Thursday 8 October, the event will feature a conference entitled “It’s kind of magic: Emilia-Romagna the very soul of Italian eno-gastronomic treasures” dedicated to the gastronomic excellences of our region.  During the conference the Consortium will present its experience in the contribution of Simone Ficarelli, foreign marketing manager, who will deal with the topic of counterfeiting and the protection of the true and unique Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The conference takes place at 6 pm at Hotel Dante, Cervia.
