Parmigiano Reggiano is official contributor to "Expo worldrecipes"

From appetizers to desserts, Parmigiano Reggiano will feature in many recipes in the great international cookbook created for Expo

Reggio Emilia, 9 February 2015 – Over 40,000 recipes from 140 countries around the world: these are the figures of the brand new Expo World Recipes, the official web cookbook created for the Expo in order to collect, catalogue and promote food preparations from all over the planet.

The Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium participates in this project as "official contributor", providing recipes that aim to enrich the collection and highlight the extreme versatility of the King of cheeses. From appetizers to desserts, the recipes will be available in Italian and English in order to be as user friendly as possible. In addition to the list of ingredients and instructions, each recipe provides the nutritional value and the environmental impact of the raw materials that have been used.
