Parmigiano Reggiano is celebrated in London during Italian Cheese Week

Manitoba Tigella Kitchen Bar, a trendy restaurant that prepares Emilia Romagna specialties in London, on 15-22 June will host Italian Cheese Week, dedicated to four excellent Italian cheeses

Reggio Emilia, 13 June 2017 - Parmigiano Reggiano, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, Asiago and Gorgonzola will star in Italian Cheese Week, which will be held at the Manitoba Tigella Kitchen Bar in London.

The restaurant, which is well known for having exported Emilia Romagna dishes to the British capital, has been committed for years to keeping very high quality standards and therefore to purchasing selected raw materials such as our PDO cheeses.

The week will be launched on Thursday, June 15 with a press event, during which there will be a discussion of the distinctive features of the 4 cheeses, which will be offered in a guided tasting so that their characteristics may best be appreciated. Afterwards, and throughout the event, the 4 PDOs will feature in specially-designed menus and information material will be provided to all the customers at the restaurant.
