Parmigiano Reggiano Festival in Barcelona

From 16 to 29 October 2017 the third edition of the Parmigiano Reggiano Festival will take place in Barcelona, 17 restaurants celebrate the King of Cheeses with exclusive culinary proposals

Barcelona, 13th October 2017 - The third edition of the Parmigiano Reggiano Festival will take place at Barcelona (Spain) from 16 to 29 October. Thanks to the success of the latest editions, this year no less than 17 restaurants will be participating in the Festival, and become for two weeks "taste ambassadors" for the cheese that is a symbol of Italian cuisine.

During the Festival people will be able to tastes dishes and menus especially created for the occasion and the public will have the opportunity of getting to know and appreciate the extraordinary gastronomic versatility of Parmigiano Reggiano through innovative and special culinary experiences.
Given the season, this year's theme will be autumn: its typical products and colours will inspire chefs as they interpret the King of Cheeses from appetizers to desserts.
