Mixed salad with figs and Parmigiano Reggiano
Ingredients
250 g mixed greens
4 Datterino tomatoes
4 yellow tomatoes
4 figs
200 g slivers of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
40 g pumpkin seeds
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Salt to taste
Preparation
Wash the mixed greens. Cut the tomatoes into segments. Peel the figs and cut them into four segments. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and dress with oil and salt. Finish the dish with slivers of Parmigiano Reggiano and pumpkin seeds.
